Otilia Chiramba holds a PhD and currently serves as a research fellow at the University of Johannesburg, specialising in research related to higher education transformation, social justice, and resilience. She does research on the experiences of underprivileged students, curriculum development, pedagogical practices, and educational leadership. With over 25 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters to her name, her publication record is impressive, including her recent co-edited book titled “Online Teaching and Learning in the COVID-19 Era: Perspectives on Equity and Epistemic Justice”.
