This is the FAA's primary pilot resource for instrument flight rules and training. It (IFR) covers everything pertinent to operating an aircraft, both in instrument meteorological conditions (IMC) and without reference to outside visuals, relying solely on the information gleaned from the cockpit. Five stars for the book itself. LESS THAN 1 Star for the fact this is being sold.....as an eBook IMPORTANT : Aviation lovers.....go to FAA actual website and download this...and others like it....for FREE. NO CATCH. Spend the $13 towards flight training.
