United states of America is being devastated by co-ordinated terrorist attacks. Theatres, airposts in different cities are facing suicide bombers. Some major cities are being attacked over and over again. Larry Salonon, a celebrity cine producr is attacked at his house, Larry survies only because his friend Luke Ralston wipes out the hit team. Two film makers working on a documentary at his house are however, killed before Luke Ralston reaches the house. The documentary is related to the money collected by various foundations and how it was being used to finance terrorist activities. They found some unusal activities and when they delved deeper an intricate plan to completely collapse the United States of America was discovered - the Project Green Ramp. Use of exspecial forces russian killers indicated that only someone in very high places could have initiated the attack. Caslton group`s mission statement consisted of only three simple, yet powerful words. Find, fix and Finish the terrorists. Scot Harvath, originally a member of SEAL team-2 was the most successful agent of Caslton group. When Scot Harvath and Luke Ralston, who had a background of Special Operations Forces, tier one Delta Force, are tracking the terrorists independently finally meet, they found that United States of America was facing a threat of unrestricted warfare.
