Overall a different way to look at calculus than what is normally taught. There is a reference to FLCT II on page 18 but I cannot find that ref.

This lovely set of handmade slides allow the reader to see calculus as it should be: written by the human hand. Mathematicians teach better with blackboards than anything else, these slides are the equivalent to blackboard presentations, with a lot of information, some proofs and some very inspiring little illustrations. Like Sal Khan, Larry Gonick and Vi Hart, Ghrist understands that teaching is a human-to-human experience enhanced by the handwritten and impeded by powerpoint / beamer type slides. Congratulations on some very nice handiwork.
