About this ebook

Enjoy this laugh-out-loud, steamy romance series by multi-award-winning romantic comedy author Evie Alexander…

Leo Foxbrooke is Ella Chamberlain’s best friend, her rock, and the one person who is absolutely, 100% off-limits.

Kind, charming, and unfairly gorgeous, he’s the heart of Foxbrooke Manor. Meanwhile, she’s the girl who just got dumped, lost her apartment, and landed on his doorstep days before Christmas, looking like the ghost of bad decisions past.

Moving into his family’s fairytale home is supposed to be her chance to regroup, not lose her heart. But then she ends up in the room right next to his and somehow gets roped into the town Christmas play as his Cinderella. Those ‘practice kisses’ on stage? They’re setting her world on fire.

Leo’s always been her steady, unshakable constant. The one person she can count on, no matter what. But risking everything to follow the spark growing between them? That could cost her the one thing she can’t live without – him.

Christmas off Script is a messy, magical, and oh-so-spicy story of risking it all for love – perfect for fans of Pippa Grant, Lauren Blakely, Rosa Lucas, Annika Martin, Kayley Loring, and Lucy Score! If you’re looking for festive fun, fiery chemistry, and a guaranteed happy ending, this standalone romcom is the perfect holiday escape!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🌶️ 🌶️. 5 Audio and E book Review: Narrated by Evie Alexander. This is Told in 3rd person POV. We are back in Foxbrook for book 5 and that means we get the crazy Foxbrook family. This is a romcom with spice and Christmas magic. Retelling of Cinderella with plenty of humour and inappropriate innuendos. In the UK we have Christmas Pantomime and usually is some sort of fairytale with comedy on stage for all family to enjoy. This was Leo's and Ella's story, best friends to lovers. Ella is loyal and will do anything to keep everyone happy, even if her step mum and siblings are unkind to her. When everything is falling apart, Leo is there to hold her and make her laugh with his happy go lucky personality. They're really are a cute couple. They love each other more than anything and see it as bestie love. Until they realise what kind of love it really is later on. We get all the main points of Cinderella story in a modern kind of way. I loved the whole production of the Pantomime

I love this series and absolutely loved Christmas off script.Ella and Leo were amazing. A friends to lovers Cindrella story. Ella is a real live cindrella with an horrid stepmother and stepsisters. She cannot say no to anything,so does everything for her stepmother. Her father is not any better. I absolutely adored Leo for being her best friend and protective of her. When she ends up being dumped and homeless Leo moves her into Foxbrooke Manor Leo's family home. His family loves Ella and they were on her side as well. Leo and Ella had a crush on each other years ago,but never admitted it to each other. Now that they are living together andare spending even more time together their feelings rekindle. They also end up playing Cindrella and Prince Charming in the Foxbrooke pantomime. They get to their sweet happily ever after. There are twists, turns, ups, downs, tears and insecurities before they get to it. A fabulous romantic comedy with lots of laugh out loud moments, tears, found family, great characters, steam, friendships, romance and a happily ever after. Cannot wait for the next book in the series. I recieved an advanced review copy of this book for free via booksirens and am voluntarily leaving my review.

This story is a tale as old as time; and not Belle & Beast. It's the classic best friends falling in love with each other thinking the other doesn't feel the same. Leave it to Evie to give it a little humorous, steamy and at times dramatic holiday twist. Our story is about Ella & Leo. The best of friends since earlier years. They have always had a special connection that everyone could see. They were "two sides of the same coin." Circumstances have never allowed them to truly explore their hidden feelings for one another. That all changes after a series of misfortunes occurs and the two are thrust together. It doesn't take long for each of them to admit to themselves how they feel about the other. Each is terrified to express those feelings aloud. As a result of their time together for the panto, things start to progress. The stories that Evie tells find a way to make things interesting. The characters draw you in and captivate you but it's the way that she writes, incredible!
