À propos de cet e-book

Where will you spend eternity? It is not a question to be taken lightly. Life is fleeting, death is certain, and what comes after is unchangeable. Eternity Weighed in the Balance does not deal in sentimental notions or half-truths. It is a book that confronts the soul with the reality of heaven and hell, salvation and damnation, and the only hope found in Jesus Christ.

The Bible speaks plainly about what awaits beyond the grave. Heaven is not a mere comfort of the imagination, nor is hell a relic of medieval superstition. This book lays out what Scripture actually teaches—what heaven is, where it is, who will be there, and what the redeemed will experience for all eternity. But it does not shy away from the darker truth. Hell is real. It is a place of eternal torment, unrelenting sorrow, and unquenchable fire. Christ Himself spoke of it in the most sobering terms, warning of its horrors and the dreadful reality of everlasting punishment.

But this book is not meant to leave the reader in terror—it is meant to drive him to the only refuge: Jesus Christ, the Savior of sinners. What must a man do to be saved? Is faith alone enough? What does true conversion look like? Can a person know, beyond doubt, that he is right with God? These are not academic questions; they are matters of life and death, heaven and hell.

For the indifferent sinner, this book is a wake-up call. For the false professor, it is a warning. For the earnest seeker, it is a guide. And for the true believer, it is a reminder of the glory to come and the terror from which he has been delivered.

"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it" (Matthew 7:13-14).

The weight of eternity is pressing upon your soul. Do not leave it to chance. Read, consider, and weigh your soul in the balance—before it is too late.
