About this ebook

Friends or foes? Do you want to miss out on a good business opportunity? And what if it was the love of your life? Do you wish to know where their true intentions may really be hidden? They may not be telling you everything...The cognitive science is clear: non-verbal communication weighs considerably on our relationships. It often represents more than 90% of our exchanges.

The MAJORITY of our communication is UNCONSCIOUS, INVOLUNTARY and UNAVOIDABLE!

A person’s demeanor, gestures, and voice can tell you a lot about them, provided that you know how to decrypt the signs.

After How to Detect Lies, Eric Goulard presents new keys to help decode the behavior of others in business situations and in private life.

Because actions speak louder than words, it is necessary to listen beyond just what the person wants to say. The analysis of all non-verbal communication will help you keep one step ahead of others. You will then be able to anticipate people’s reactions and optimize your communication.

Quote: 'A delight to read!', Joe Navarro, Former FBI special agent

BASELINE. This book contains a lot of simple however in depth information regarding the human limbic system, reading into verbals/non verbals as well as discussing how our body's / parts of body react under social situations, good and bad. A great starter book to get a understanding for Body Language, as well as simple to understand. Author reiterates the importance of Baseline and how deception detection is quite useless without it, which I give high praise for. The book could have better / more pictures to illustrate the content but I won't let that detract from the info. Book is also on the shorter side but the information and price make up for that Imo. Author is confident in their study and it shows in the writing. Recommended to anyone interested in BL, either as a new hobby to read about or even as a information refresher. Bought the book on sale and would say it's worth it.

A lot to say in this short book. Very much recommend to anybody who is looking for a start or refreshing look at body language for competitive edge. My only down side is a lot more images could have been used or labels with the images to help get a better idea of the information being shared. Thank you Eric Goulard i will be going back to this book and have recommended it to my peers!
