It provides a much-needed roadmap for scholars, entrepreneurs, educators, industry experts, and policymakers to navigate this uncharted territory and thrive within it.
Dr. Min Byoung-chul is an Endowed Chair Professor at Chung-Ang University, Seoul, South Korea where he helps budding entrepreneurs to turn their innovation idea to reality in the Metaverse through his Business Creativity course that he developed in 2010. Dr. Min is the founder and chairman of the BCM Educational Group, one of the best known language education service providers in Korea. Dr. Min started BCM in 1980, and he has grown the business from a publishing business to one of the biggest language educational companies in Korea. Currently, BCM is most widely known for its flagship online English learning services called ‘UPhone’. Dr. Min earned his Doctor of Education from Northern Illinois University (NIU). In addition to his work as a university professor, Dr. Min had his own English instructional TV programs for more than 10 years on major Korean television networks. He is also widely known for his practical English education in Korea. Dr. Min is also the founder and chairman of the Sunfull Movement, which fights against cyber-bullying, hate speech and human rights violations. In 2018, he established the world’s first Internet Peace Prize.
Sandhir Sharma is Ph.D. in Strategic Management with nearly 22 years of experience in higher education and 5 years in Telecom industry. With more than 43 research papers to his credit published in various journals and conferences at national & international level, Dr. Sharma has developed his core expertise in the area of Strategy formulation. His research has widely published in various newspapers. Currently, he is serving as Dean, Chitkara Business School & visiting faculty to Binus University, Indonesia and University of Applied Sciences, Osnabruck, Germany. He has been instrumental in scaling Chitkara Business School operations from 60 students & one program to 1200 plus students & more than 12 programs with in span of 8 years. In his last assignment, Dr. Sharma set up a B-School in Ludhiana and was instrumental in taking that B-School to pinnacle of glory in the region. [Editor]
