Engineering Mechanics: Statics and Dynamics

Prof. K. Shanker is a BE graduate in Civil Engineering from Bangalore university and secured ME degree in Geotechnical Engineering from M. S. University, Baroda in 1994. He obtained doctoral degree from IIT Kanpur in the year 2006. From 2006 to 2009 he served at Kavikulguru Institute of Technology and Science, Ramtek, as a Professor and Head of the Department. Prof. Shanker is presently serving as Principal and Professor at Kamala Institute of Technology & Science, Singapuram. In his 33 years of teaching experience, he taught engineering mechanics, strength of materials, geotechnical engineering, foundation engineering and soil mechanics. He has more than 50 national and international publications to his credit and has been an enthusiastic guide for research projects in doctoral, postgraduate, and undergraduate programs. He is also a member of Indian Society for Technical Education and Indian Geotechnical Society

M. Pradeep Kumar studied at JNTUH University College of Engineering, Jagtial for his B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering) degree and secured M. Tech in the stream of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) in 2014. Mr. Kumar is presently serving the student community as assistant professor of mechanical engineering, Kamala Institute of Technology & Science, Singapuram. He has more than 30 national and international publications and has been guided projects for postgraduate and undergraduate students. He is also a member of Indian Society for Technical Education.
