I am so glad I read this because unfortunately and I will admit it myself anything about the royal family I read it and to begin with I was always drawn into believing what the press said until I read the free sample of SPARE and now I've just finished reading this, it's just like it says in the book just because they are royal doesn't mean they don't feel what we feel especially when it comes to mental health. we the ones who are not royal dont have to worry about how we behave if we are having a bad depressing day but if your royal there are still protocols that they have to be followed whether you are depressed or broken inside or not just like harry felt, so to me it's made me think deeper that at the end of the day we are all human, royal or not and I think it's a good thing that harry has spoken out and to me it showed me that yes they are a royal family but they still live in the same world as us and suffer the same as us. we just need to forget the word ROYAL and think of the word HUMAN. my next move will be to buy spare and read the whole book. This has opened my eyes about many things it was a great book.
