This is the 3rd book in the Hideaway at the Lagoon, Lumberjack Romance featuring the fast-paced,intriguing,steamy,artist,lumberjack,single-dad romance between Garrison& Eloise. Eloise is very free-spirited she doesn't really stay in one place instead she wanders around. Since she's an artist it's good for her creativity to be on the go until she meets a curious teenager. Eloise sees that the kid is looking for his father Garrison who's the Sheriff to try&bridge the gap by trying to understand him. Garrison&Eloise have an instant connection&they develop feelings for each other the problem is that they're both keeping secrets that could ruin their relationship when they're revealed. I don't want to say anymore&ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this fast-paced,intriguing,steamy,artist,lumberjack, single-dad romance to see what happens. What does a mystery writer do when she finds a teenager hiding in her camper. She gives him a job. What does an officer of the law do when he finds a woman breaking into the town bookshop. He asks her on a date. This is a love story of Eloise and Garrison. Each of them hiding something from the other but both finding love. Fast sweet and steamy read. I liked it.
