About this ebook

Escaped to the haven of their home,

Emelia Reynolds is back with her daughter,

Away from the panic of the station,

And finally free from the fog.

But an unexpected visitor

Dooms her plans for optimism,

As her fellow passengers

Descend from the gloom.

Accusations abound

As the group discovers how they are connected,

And even the far-reaching mists

Can’t conceal murderous intent.

More than one liar

Boarded the 08:42 that morning.

And as the night unfolds,

One thing becomes crystal clear;

However far Emelia runs,

She can never escape her past.

Fractured Sanctuaryis book two in the Ghosts of Nowhere Town series.

I want to start by saying there are some scenes in this one that could be triggering so please pay attention to the TWs. We are finally starting to get answers in the second book of this intense mystery, but the danger is ramping up. This series lives rent-free in my head and probably always will. It's full of twists and there are secrets and lies on every page. The story is like a chess game and I never know what move any of the characters are going to take and how that's going to affect the others. I can honestly say I wasn't expecting it to go the way it did, though. And that unknown, or fog if you will, kept my heart racing and kept me flipping the pages as quickly as I could. I can't wait to see how it ends.
