Elke Pistor, Jahrgang 1967, studierte Pädagogik und Psychologie. Seit 2009 ist sie als Autorin, Publizistin und Medien-Dozentin tätig. 2014 wurde sie für ihre Arbeit mit dem Töwerland-Stipendium ausgezeichnet und 2015 und 2023 für den Friedrich-Glauser-Preis in der Kategorie »Kurzkrimi« nominiert.
