Elizabeth’s perilous journey through Western Australia comes to an end as she finds her origins, but she’s finally found by Andrew and Mel and swiftly brought back home, where she now feels hopeless and unwilling to try to escape again.

Calvin comes to visit her every day to try to cheer her up and give her some hope, but his efforts seem to be of no avail, as she seems to have accepted her fate of being exploited for financial gain by Andrew for the rest of her life.

Meanwhile, a sympathetic Mel is trying to show both Calvin and Elizabeth how much he loves and cares for them and starts to reflect on if he can come to terms with what he’ll have to sacrifice for their happiness.

Dallin Newell was born in Olympia, Washington, USA in 1996. He wrote his first story in middle school and published his first fiction novel in high school. He loves cars, history, geography, and traveling, having lived in and visited several countries around the world. He currently lives in Melbourne, Australia.
