I fell in love with Trickle Creek with the Carlsons and this new Trickle Creek family has me excited to visit the town again. I love Avery!! Even with all of the things going on in her life, she stayed positive and didn't let anything or anyone dim her light. Reid ending up being an absolute marshmallow was the best part of this story!! I am really loving the Lyons family and am really looking forward to whoever is next!

Reid Lyons has the soul of an artist and although his trust had been broken by a girlfriend in his distant past, it is the ravishment of Trickle Creek by developers that is breaking his heart. Enter Avery. She is sunshine and the personification of optimism, and Reid's first impression is that she is like all the other city dwellers, come to destroy the fabric of their lives. However, once he realizes what Avery is planning, he is completely on board.
