About this ebook

Orphaned and sent to live with her strict Aunt Polly, young Pollyanna enters a world of rules and cold formality. But she is no ordinary child: she has a special gift for finding the good in every situation, no matter how difficult. With her famous "Glad Game," Pollyanna touches the lives of everyone around her—neighbors, the sick, the lonely—teaching them that even in the darkest moments, there is always something to be glad about. First published in 1913, Pollyanna is a beloved classic of children's and young adult literature, a heartfelt tribute to hope, gratitude, and the transformative power of kindness.
