Effective Healthcare Leadership integrates theory and practice to distil the reality of healthcare leadership today. Dr Melanie Jasper is Principal Lecturer at the Institute of Medicine, Health and Social Care, University of Portsmouth and also the Editor of the Journal of Nursing Management.
Melanie Jasper is Course Leader for MSc Nursing Studies, MA Advanced Professional Practice in Healthcare and the Professional Doctorate in Nursing at the University of Portsmouth.
