In Educational Entrepreneurship Today, Frederick M. Hess and Michael Q. Frederick M. Hess is director of education policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI). Michael Q. McShane is director of education policy at the Show-Me Institute and an adjunct fellow in education policy studies at AEI.
