"Eddie the Eagle learns to fly" is about a misfit eagle who is forced to deal with his fear of heights. He finds himself down on his luck, out of food and at a loss for courage. The constant taunting by his twin sister doesn't help. Eddie the Eagle struggles to push through his fear. Hopefully one day he will learn to fly just like the other eagles. That if he doesn't fall to the ground trying.

When Tammy Mahoney isn't with her family and friends. She can often be found spending time with her animals. These include a dog, a turtle, two cats, and five large mischievous parrots. Working with her children as well as spending time with children in her personal life, has provided many opportunities to observe some fascinating behavior which inspires Tammy to come up with the perfect personality for her characters.
