About the author
Ellet Joseph Waggoner (1855-1916) was a prominent Seventh-day Adventist preacher, editor, and author. He is best known for his Christ-centered teachings on righteousness by faith, which he presented at the 1888 General Conference Session. Waggoner's writings continue to influence Adventist theology and spirituality to this day.
