The book is designed to discuss in the most comprehensible and concise manner to help students to improve their basic skills in Entrepreneurship. The content has been divided into 5 units and units speaks about the: Entrepreneurial Perspectives New Venture Creation Management of MSMEs(Micro Small and Medium Enterprises) Management of Sick Enterprises Managing, Marketing, and Growth of Enterprises Strategic Perspectives in Entrepreneurship. The main objective of the book is to have a general perspective of inclusive learning, the ability to learn and implement the Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, and also to enable students to learn the basics of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Development which will help them to provide a vision for their own Start-up.

Dr. Kathi Leela MBA, M.Com, Ph.D Dr. Kathi Leela holds a double Master's Degree and is currently working as an Associate Professor. She has 12 plus years of experience in teaching and 10 years of industry experience. She has obtained a Ph.D. on "Women Entrepreneurial Attributes of Small and Medium Enterprises". She has contributed a number of articles in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Women Entrepreneurship, Corporate Leadership, and Finance. She also presented papers in National and International conferences and also organized workshops and seminars. She runs a YouTube channel (Dr. Leela Kathi). Teaching is based on Financial Management, General Management, and Accounting
