About the author

A versatile and passionate researcher along with an academic professional with over 12 years of teaching experience. Dr. Komal is PhD in Corporate Law. She is also the author of a comprehensive text-book, “Law related to Mergers and acquisitions” (Thomson and Reuters). Besides this, She is also an editor of various books in the field of law. She has completed courses in Intellectual Property Rights from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), published and presented papers and scholarly pieces in numerous international and national forums and journals widely contributing to the creation of knowledge in niche areas of her expertise. She has also established Centre for Corporate Law, Research and Training. Her expertise in Commercial laws has been tapped by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for the creation of disciplinespecific courses for the benefit of the broader community of learners in the country. She also has two MOOCs added to her account. Dr. Komal with her research and writing acumen has combined the theoretical and practical aspects of law to mould a teaching pedagogy in law school.

A learned professional, researcher and educationalist proficient in Criminal and Human Rights Laws. With over 7 years of industry and academic experience, Dr. Ayushi has been outstanding throughout her educational journey and recipient of gold medal in LL.M. She has her Ph.D. in criminal law and qualified UGC NET which deepens her knowledge and enhance her professional capabilities. She has completed course on DNA Evidence from Italy to add to her knowledge of forensics and scientific evidences. She has contributed various research papers and book chapters in UGC Care/ peer reviewed journals and books and presented research papers on many international and national forums on various legal areas. Dr. Ayushi has one MOOC Course on Labour Laws and Industrial Relations on Udemy that helps all working professionals and students to sharpen their understanding on labour laws. Besides this, Dr. Ayushi worked as a legal volunteer with the District Legal Services Authority, Gurgaon and has been involved with various legal aid groups in Gurgaon and Delhi which gave her an opportunity to make underprivileged aware on several legal topics and their rights. She believes in driving a positive change in the society through the students.
