Dr. Gopal Jee Gopal is an Assistant Professor at C. G. Bhakta Institute of Biotechnology, Uka Tarsadia University and Coordinator of NBT-CBC-UG, GSBTM. He also initiated Science Dialogue Series. Previously, he also served at Dept. of Biochemistry, M.S.U., Baroda. He did his Ph.D. from Special Centre for Molecular Medicine, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and Postdoc (Dr. D.S.K. PDF of UGC) from School of Biotechnology, JNU, New Delhi. He has been also awarded Project under Fast Track Scheme of Young Scientists (SERB, DST, Govt. of India). He has qualified several national level competitive exams including CSIR- NET JRF, JNUCEEB, and Ph.D. Entrance exam for SCMM-JNU, Life Science-JNU and Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, etc. He is Brand Ambassador of Microbiologists Society of India. He has published several research and review articles in National and International journals with more than 500 citations. He is also a co-author of popular book 'Chemistry and Mathematics for Biologists' and ‘CEEB and IIT JAM Biotechnology Solved Papers & Model Questions.’ He has been serving as an advisor/mentor of several private limited companies and NGOs. He has conducted 29 batches certificate courses of Recombinant DNA Technology and 8 batches of Genomics & Proteomics. He is also the founder of Free Online series “Science Dialogue Series.”

Miss. Prachi Patel graduated in Microbiology from the Department of Biotechnology, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) and completed her post-graduation in Microbiology from the Department of Microbiology and Biotechnology Centre, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (MSU) in 2023. Additionally, she worked on a dissertation project entitled “Synthesis, Characterization, and Antibacterial Investigation of Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles Produced using Endophytic Streptomyces werraensis.” She has developed a comprehensive understanding of microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, and nanotechnology. She has gained proficiency in techniques such as gel electrophoresis, PCR, and various forms of microscopy. Following her post-graduation, she worked as a visiting faculty in the Department of Biotechnology, VNSGU. She is currently working on a Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) project at Amity University, Noida, and has qualified the CSIR-NET JRF (December 2024) with an All-India Rank (AIR) of 159. Additionally, she has qualified the GSET exam in Life Science (2023) and GATE-XL (2024). She is also a co- author of “GUJARAT STATE ELIGIBILITY TEST- Life Science (GSET-Life Science) PREVIOUS 5 YEARS’ 1st Edition” book.

Mr. Rudrank Moharana is one of the Ph.D. scholars of Uka Tarsadia University. He has pursued his B.Sc. in Biotechnology at MITS School of Biotechnology under Utkal University, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, and M.Sc. in Biotechnology at C.G. Bhakta Institute of Biotechnology under Uka Tarsadia University, Bardoli, Gujarat. He has achieved a gold medal for his academic and dissertation work during his M.Sc. Biotechnology. He has qualified GATE-XL 2024 and GATE-BT 2025. He also qualified GSET 2024. He appears to be a dedicated student who is deeply motivated and committed to his studies under the mentorship of Dr. Gopal Jee Gopal; he has shown skills in solving calculation-based questions and he also has demonstrated a strong inclination towards assisting his peers with their calculations.
