This book is not about Slavic folklore, mythology, and traditional folk practices. I was looking for something to learn more about my slavic folk heritage and history and Rodnoverie but this book is weird. Its an unsettling combination of Ancient Aliens, eugenics, white supremacy, and conservative/traditional/fundamentalist gender roles. I'm sorry I wasted my money on this disturbing book and won't be buying any more in the series. The author does not cite any sources and it seems to be a work of fantasy, like super hero multiverse movies, Scientology, or fringe new-agers that believe in "reptilians." Just be forewarned.

This book is a great collection of information about old slavic faith. It mainly speaks of what was before christening of Rus. Some of the chapters are a little out there, but when combined with archeological evidence that is available in many other books, this book really begins to make sense. I have the entire Slavic Way series and keep getting new ones, each time one is published. If you have an open mind and are just looking for a fun read, you should like this book.
