Über dieses E-Book

Join the hugely popular presenter of Deadly 60 on a jaw-dropping journey through the world's most dangerous animal encounters.

Packed with amazing facts about the deadliest animals on our planet, Deadly is the ultimate compendium of Steve Backshall’s most memorable experiences and dangerous encounters in the natural world.

From ancient predators and cold-blooded killers to lethal lures and biggest bites, Steve revisits some of the best-known and most-feared beasts in the animal kingdom. Discover the formidable hunting skills of the orca, the phenomenally painful sting of the bullet ant and the punching power of a mantis shrimp alongside many more superpowers and scary survival tactics within the natural world.

Drawing on over 25 years of experience in the field, Steve takes a heart-poundingly close look at the greatest record breakers in the animal kingdom, determines who would come out on top in a showdown between the deadliest animals to have ever lived, and shares the most dramatic moments of his adventures in pursuit of all things Deadly!
