About the author
David Ruffle lives, works in and indeed loves the town of Lyme Regis. He has written four Sherlock Holmes novels, three of which are set in Lyme Regis (Sherlock Holmes and the Lyme Regis Horror, Sherlock Holmes and the Lyme Regis Legacy and Sherlock Holmes and the Lyme Regis Trials). He is also the author of a children's book, Sherlock Holmes and the Missing Snowman. The three novels featuring the Hamiltons are his first foray into contemporary fiction and comic fiction.
