O-goshi: USA’s World and double Olympic Champion Kayla Harrison leads an all-star cast in this ground-breaking coaching book on one of judo’s most spectacular forward

Harrison can throw with O-goshi from either a sleeve or lapel grip. Her ability and reputation in the throw also enables her to combine it with Ashi-waza. Her O-goshi into Sasae-tsurikomi-goshi and O-goshi into Ko-uchi-gari are not to be missed.
