Dangerous Thaw

Spring is a time for a fresh start, which is exactly what Coroner Olivia Jones needs. A small town where no one knows who she is. Except the future proves to be uncertain when the blizzard snow thaws and a dead body is found. Olivia determines the woman didn't die of natural causes. She was murdered. When another body shows up, the FBI is called in. Agent Hank Masters specializes in profiling. He works closely with Olivia when a third body is discovered and they realize they have a serial killer on the loose.

Olivia left the big city to get away from murder and can't believe it's happening again. Just like before, the killer is targeting women who look like her. The question is why. And how much time do they have before she becomes the killer's next target. Hank insists on protecting Oliva himself as he can't risk losing their only connection to stopping the killer. Except the more time he spends with her, he realizes his protective instincts run deeper than the job.
