Clyde Warden, Ph.D. lives in Taiwan where he is a professor of marketing and business communication at National Chung Hsing University. Fluent in Chinese, he is the recipient of numerous research grants to study Asian business. Clyde studied at National Cheng Kung University, in Tainan, Taiwan, for his doctorate in marketing. His MBA is from the University of Oklahoma Graduate Business School. Research specialties include online learning, CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning), and intercultural marketing issues. Research papers by Professor Warden have appeared in the Journal of Retailing, Journal of Business Ethics, TESOL Quarterly, Journal of Advertising Research, International Journal of Service Industry Management, 管理評論, Journal of Hospitality & Leisure Marketing, Computer Assisted English Language Learning Journal, Language Learning, The International Journal of Marketing Research, and Computers & Education.

Judy Chen, Ph.D. has been teaching business communication in Taiwan for over a decade. She is currently teaching at Overseas Chinese University. Professor Chen has published a number of research papers in international journals, including the journal TESOL Quarterly, where she served as a member of the editorial advisory board. Her main academic interests include student learning motivation, English for specific purposes, and computer assisted language learning in business English.
