Christopher Findlay is Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Adelaide and also an Associate of the Australia-Japan Research Centre at the Australian National University.


Chia Lin Sien is a senior member of staff of the Department of Geography, National University of Singapore. He is a member of the Advisory Panel of the Chartered Institute of Transport, Singapore.
