Award winning author James M. McCracken was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He spent his teenage years in a seminary boarding school. It was there that his love for writing stories began. The "Charlie MacCready" series is inspired by his growing up in the seminary.
His other works include: The Millionth Year, Running and Secrets.
