I was assigned this book for school and I really enjoyed it. I hate the thought of making music a discipline versus just a fun activity, but the amount of little jingles and songs to practice within your talent level up to that point made it fun and doable. That's what made this book stand out to me. They really take the time to walk you through bite-sized chunks of the neck and technique at a time.
