Jessica Segarra has loved cereal ever since she was a little girl. Even now, as an adult, she would prefer to eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. She is a trial and error, self-taught, sugar addict who relies on her natural instinct in the kitchen. When she's not filling her grocery cart full of cereal boxes, Jessica is also the author, baker, cook, and photographer behind The Novice Chef Blog (thenovicechefblog.com). Jessica currently resides in Tampa, Florida.
