Florian Falter is Consultant in Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and Intensive Care and Chairman of the Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care at Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge, UK.

Albert C. Perrino, Jr. is Professor of Anesthesiology at Yale School of Medicine and Chief of Anesthesiology for the Veterans Affairs Connecticut Healthcare System in New Haven, Connecticut, USA.

Robert A. Baker is Director of the Cardiothoracic Surgery Quality and Outcomes Unit and Clinical Perfusion Department at Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide, South Australia. He is currently Chair of the Australian New Zealand Collaborative Perfusion Registry and President of the Australian and New Zealand Collage of Perfusion.
