French Onion Soup claims only 12g carbs, 1 slice of artisan bread has 24g on its own not including the carbs in the onions, sounds delicious but definitely not ketogenic friendly.

This isn't a keto cookbook when the recipes use flour, beer, wine, sugar, etc.
