CHONG JU CHOI is presently Dean and Executive Director of the Australian National University's National Graduate School of Management. He is a Korean national with graduate degrees from Harvard, Insead and Oxford. Former appointments include Dean of the MBA at Cambridge University, UK, the Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and the City University Business School, London. Recent academic publications have appeared in journals such as, Journal of International Business Studies, Management International Review, Human Relations, Organization Studies.
BRIAN HILTON his main interest is in comparative systems using complexity. He has been active in the development of the professionalism of the UK security industry and has advised the UK MoD, NATO and the EU on issues to do with transition and marketisation in the defence industry and the administration of national defence.
CARLA MILLAR is Dean of TSM Business School and Professor of International Marketing and Management at the Universities of Groningen and Twente in the Netherlands. Her career has spanned marketing practice in major multinationals, academic research and teaching, consultancy and the development and management of executive education. Her academic work can be found in many journals, including the Journal of Management Studies, British Journal of Management and Journal of Business Ethics. She has co-published two earlier books with Palgrave-Macmillan.
