Dr. Kathi Leela holds a double master’s degree and is currently working as an Associate Professor. She has 12 plus years of experience in teaching and Ten years of industry experience. Obtained a Ph.D. in “Women Entrepreneurial Attributes of Small and Medium Enterprises.” She contributed to several articles in Entrepreneurship, Women Entrepreneurship, Corporate Leadership, and Finance and also presented papers at National and International conferences and organized workshops and seminars.
