Dr. Rike Setiawati, born in Jambi on April 3, 1962, has had a remarkable journey marked by dedication and knowledge. She began her academic path by earning a bachelor's degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics at Jambi University in 1988. As the seventh child of Sutiem and William Siem Lamsang, Rike did not stop at her undergraduate degree. She pursued further education, obtaining a master's degree in management from the Faculty of Economics at Jambi University, graduating with distinction in 2003. Her extraordinary dedication was evident when she earned her Doctorate in Management Science from the Doctoral Program at Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung in 2018.
