After liberating Centauri from the grip of the Galactic Unity Alliance, Raya Langton, Beckett, and their team take the fight to the heart of enemy power. Joined by the Unsworn rebels, they set their sights on the GUA Assembly itself—determined to expose corruption and bring down Admiral Torva and his allies before his war machine spreads any further.
But when the GUA unleashes a devastating new weapon on Aeternai, the battle turns personal. With time running out, Raya must race to find a cure and rally the fractured worlds of the galaxy before everything they’ve fought for is lost.
Teyla Branton grew up avidly reading science fiction and fantasy and watching Star Trek reruns with her large family. They lived on a little farm where she loved to visit the solitary cow and collect (and juggle) the eggs, usually making it back to the house with most of them intact. On that same farm she once owned thirty-three gerbils and eighteen cats, not a good mix, as it turns out. Teyla always had her nose in a book and daydreamed about someday creating her own worlds. She is now married, mostly grown up, and has a bunch of kids and some grandkids as well, so her life can be very interesting (and loud), but writing keeps her sane. Teyla writes novels full of mystery, romance, and imagination. She’s been known to wear pajamas all dinner—well, when she remembers to cook it. She loves going to the beach with her husband, hanging out with her grandchildren, and riding very tall rollercoasters. She loves writing, traveling, shooting guns, and reading. She has worked in the publishing business for over twenty-five years. Teyla writes urban fantasy (Unbounded series), paranormal romantic suspense (Imprints series), and science fiction (Colony Six series). She also writes contemporary romance (Lily's House and Finding Home series) and romantic suspense under the name Rachel Branton.
