About the author

Bernard Moussian is a Professor at the University Côte d’Azur and PrincipaI Investigator at the Institute Sophia Agrobiotech in Sophia Antipolis, France. He received his Ph.D. in Genetics from the Eberhard-Karls University of Tübingen in Tübingen, Germany. His research expertise includes insect genetics, taxonomy, patterning, embryogenesis, and Drosophila in particular. He has published and contributed to over 100 scholarly articles within entomological studies.
