My shadow prince was wrested from my arms and dragged through a portal, and I don’t know who took him or why. Damien showed me my power as a woman and as a mage, and he means everything to me. He built me back up after my ex tore me down. And now he’s gone.

I’ll stop at nothing to free him, but when I learn the vampire queen is responsible, things get complicated. The subterranean city of Night Haven isn’t accessible by humans, and even the most powerful magical creatures in my life won’t dare challenge the vicious and bloodthirsty Valeska.
