Abdul Hafaz Ngah is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Economy and Social Development, University of Malaysia Terengganu. He received his PhD in technology management (halal supply chain) from Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Nishita Pruthi is a research scholar at Institute of Management Studies and Research, Maharshi Dayanand University.
