About the author
Azadeh Sharifi (Dr.), 1980, ist Visiting Assistant Professor am Department of Germanic Languages & Literatures der University of Toronto. Ihre Forschungsschwerpunkte sind (post)koloniale und (post)migrantische Theatergeschichte, zeitgenössische Performance Kunst sowie intersektionale und dekoloniale Praktiken im Theater. Zurzeit arbeitet sie an dem Forschungsprojekt (Post)Migrantische deutsche Theatergeschichte. Sie war u.a. Gastprofessorin an der UDK Berlin, PostDoc an der LMU München, Fellow an der TU Dresden sowie beim Internationalen Forschungskolleg Interweaving Performance Cultures an der FU Berlin.
