Aspects of Industrial Relations in ASEAN

 Basu Sharma is Assistant Professor of Industrial Relations and Organizational Behaviourat the University of Saskatchewan, canada. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA, and was a Research Fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies, Singapore, in 1980-82. He has also lectured at the Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal.
