About this ebook

He’s the Duke of Scandal. She’s the girl next door. Together, they’re about to upend the ton.

Lady Melanie Rutherford has spent the last year avoiding Society’s harsh glare. After a devastating family tragedy, she’s become more comfortable in the shadows than in the spotlight—until a scandal threatens to destroy her family for good. Desperate to protect her loved ones, she makes a shocking proposal to the Duke of Malum: a fake betrothal to quiet the gossips.

The Duke of Malum thrives on defying society’s expectations. With a mysterious past, a dangerous reputation, and a risqué gentlemen's club to his name, he’s the last man anyone would expect to play hero. But when a baby is left on his doorstep—and a determined young lady barges into his life—Malum finds himself entangled in more ways than one.

With secrets mounting, an irate brother, and danger lurking around every corner, their charade transforms into something real. Will their heart’s desires be extinguished, or can true love burn brighter than the flames of the past?

Scandal, romance, and surprises await in Regent Street Rogue.

Fall in love with these six rakish fellows as you make your way through Annabelle Anders’ latest series: Rakes of Rotten Row.

This was a very fast pace, and well written love story. Their is so much drama and action that it intrigued me , an abandoned baby in a basket, a young lady, a Duke next door, murders, fires, and so much more interesting and complex, interesting and excitement that kept me engaged. The main characters are complex, interesting, likable, and strong-willed. I enjoyed family and friends being included. The beautiful passion and the perfect ending were very good. I highly recommend reading!

Regent Street Rogue is book six in The Rakes of Rotten Row series by Annabelle Anders. I think this story is a great wrap up to a truly well written series. Harold Preston, the Duke of Malum is the character who has a dark presence throughout the other stories. He is a duke who has “cut” society by withdrawing from it and by managing a brothel, the Domus Emporium. The heroine is Lady Melanie Rutherford, the Earl of Standish’s little sister. Standish was the hero in book one Hanover Square Spare.

About the author

Married to the same man for over 25 years, I am a mother to three children and two Miniature Wiener dogs.

After owning a business and experiencing considerable success, my husband and I got caught in the financial crisis and lost everything in 2008; our business, our home, even our car.

At this point, I put my B.A. in Poly Sci to use and took work as a waitress and bartender (Insert irony). Unwilling to give up on a professional life, I simultaneously went back to college and obtained a degree in Energy Management.

And then the energy market dropped off.

And then my dog died.

I can only be grateful for this series of unfortunate events, for, with nothing to lose and completely demoralized, I sat down and began to write the romance novels which had until then, existed only my imagination. After publishing over thirty novels now, with one having been nominated for RWA’s Distinguished ™RITA Award in 2019, I am happy to tell you that I have finally found my place in life.

Thank you so much for being a part of my journey!
