Cathy Cassidy wrote and illustrated her first book aged eight years old. She lives in Kirkcudbrightshire, Scotland. Angel Cake follows the massive success of Dizzy, Indigo Blue, Driftwood, Scarlett, Sundae Girl, Lucky Star and Gingersnaps.
