This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 25th International Conference on Analytical and Stochastic Modelling Techniques and Applications, ASMTA 2019, held in Moscow, Russia, in October 2019. The 13 full papers presented in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 22 submissions.
