"The Hero" by Amy Andrews is book two in the "Hot Aussie Heroes" series. This book can also be read as a standalone. This is the story of Edwina Calloway and Justin Wilde. Edwina is the sweetheart star from the television show "Gift of Life". Justin is her ex co-star that has become a Hollywood movie star. Justin has always been attracted to Edwina, but when they were working together she was married so he did not act on his attraction. Now, she is no longer married. Edwina and Justin are suppose to spend five days on a road trip for a celebrity car rally fund raiser. Will Justin act on this attraction since Edwina is no longer married? The story will have you laughing or crying at times. The reader can feel the sexual tension between Edwina and Justin. This is a really cute story and great for a quick escape from your everyday routine. You will fall in love with Justin and Edwina. I received a copy of this book from Tule Publishing for an honest review. FYI, contains mature content.
