Five year later this book set me free from phone addiction. I feel more confident and self-respect returned in my life just like before i become addicted to phone.❤️

Allen Carr's methodology works for all addictions. I'm so happy to have bought this book. It is very effective if you're determined to get over your technology addiction. Although it's mostly for your phone you can apply the same principles to other tech you use in your life. AMAZING!
