4-4.5 Stars! Wow! Who knew there was so much to consider when making homemade pasta. If you love pasta and want to make it yourself, from scratch, this is a really great book for you. I learned so much from this book, possibly even a little too much, if that’s possible? The recipes all look delicious and the pictures are mouth watering! Highly recommend this for any pasta making beginners. *I received this at no charge & I voluntarily left this review.*
